We only sell to buyers with Fully Funded LC`s, Swift wire,
Blocked Funds, SLC 3034 or PBG 3039 for full contract value
for the full term of the contract.
1. LOI and recent BCL are required.
2. Standard ICC procedures are used.
3. Upon receipt and verification of above, buyer will
receive draft contract for review.
4. Buyer should be prepared to issue conditional Pre-Advise
before we issue proof of capacity to deliver.
