About Us
Established in 2003, Nantong Senlida Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign funded enterprise, lying to the north of Shanghai. With an investment of USD2,900,000 and registered capital of USD 600,000, our annual output reaches 10,000 metric tons. Now we are achieving great development and effect in supplying polyester staple fibers in Deshi Fridge Zone, which is the biggest textile and leather products market.
Our main products are three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester staples used as padding and filling materials of clothing, toys, sofas, bedding, pillows and cushions. Our research and development department is studying some new types of products, such as 4 or 7 apertures polyester fiber, and now we adopts some low price and high quality polyester staple fiber, called single aperture polyester staple fiber, which is large produced by our company.
We own advanced production skills and updated manufacturing facilities. The 7-aperture polyester fiber has the features of delicate, comfortable, warm-keeping, soft, and puff, suitable for filling materials of clothing, pillows, and cushions. The specification is 8.89-16.67D x 64mm. Another type is four-aperture polyester fiber mainly featured of delicate hand-feeling, and good elastic, suitable for bedding, clothing, pin-punctured fabric, filature-silk floss, glue-sprayed cotton and hand ware cloth. The specification is 8.89-16.67D x 64mm. The third type is three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester, which not only has the feature of high elastic, and delicate hand-feeling, but also has the same usage with four aperture fiber. Its specification is 6.67-25.55D x 28-102mm.
We have two patterns for each type of polyester fiber, one is silicon, and the other is non-silicon. Our silicon bearing and non-silicon dimensional hollow polyester staples include 7D/15D x 32/64mm. They are applied in bedding, toys, sofas, garments, quilts and pillow cores.
