The capacity of Hibar lines is 500pcs batteries per minute, and the rate can be above 90 percent.
The Cathode Pellet Presser System is installed automatic controlled systems for weight and pressure. Besides, it adopts the cam line pressing technology to pressure pellet, it lengthens the pressed time in the ultimate position, to ensure the uniform stability of the weight and pressure. The Cathode Pellet height will be inspected on-line and forms curves and automatically adjust the data.
The Inserter and Beader System with proximity sensor, it removed the un-place and Missing and broken pellet of cells after inserted the cathode pellet. The regular cells are transferred to the bead station. The cells are pushed up on beading process to ensure that the bead area will not be thinner, the De-crimper pressure does not decreased.
The Sealant System utilizes the proprietary sealant pump introduced by Habar and equipped with camera systems to inspect the sealant on cells, it will auto-remove any failed cells.
The Separate Tube Welder System adopts Habar’s patented technology that making and inserting separate tube on line. This system removes unqualified cells that inspected the height with special sensor.
The KOH Dispenser System fills KOH solution to cells by high-precision Hibar pump, accuracy up to 0.01g, and equipped with automatic QC sampling system and variable-speed soaking table.
The Gel dispenser System fills Gel to cell by Hibar Servo pump, accuracy up to 0.05g. It auto-remove the unqualified cells with sensor.
The PDC System inserts pre-assembly and crimps the cells. There is second Beader to ensure no leaking.The Tester and Weight System is equipped with the weighting system , accuracy up to 50mg,the voltage testing system, accuracy up to 10MV, and the length checking system, accuracy up to 0.01mm. The unqualified cells are auto-removed to the vessel. All of regular cells are loaded by the tray loader System.
Our company also owns the other systems, such as the anode system, the cathode system, the Top Seal mold, the negative cap die, the graphite coater, the weld and assembly system. It is no doubt that the Hibar lines are the world-class field. The Top Seal adopts the material of Nylon PA612FE3734 manufactured by DuPont. The crimper technology is special and it guarantees no-leaking when the batteries are under the condition of 70℃ within 60days. That means the batteries can be stored 5 years under the normal temperature.
The company has the first-class technology development team, the research on battery technology can meet the special requirements of customers in various aspects. At present , our product performance has greatly exceeded the IEC standard. Meanwhile, under the condition of discharge continuously under 3.9 ohm till 0.9V, the duration of LR6 battery is more than 400mins and the LR03 is more than 140mins, digital cameras simulated discharge of LR6 can be up more than 80 times. The company has purchased the advanced high-powered vision measuring instrument, battery tester, constant power discharge device, high temperature ovens, high temperature and humidity ovens, and high-low temperature cycling testing equipment,etc. They can simulate varieties of harsh environment to test the battery.
The products have passed the SGS,CE,ROHS, New EU Battery Directive, etc. In 2009, HUATAI battery won the Chinese famous trademark, developing the brand image greatly.
