SUMMARY
This is automatic specialized equipment for winding prismatic Li-ion power battery. The welded tab of anode, cathode and separate material rolls are fixed on the proper position which function is of unwinding, rectifying error, winding and output the battery cell automatically. It is easy to operate and maintain.

FEATURES
It is automatic equipment for winding prismatic Li-ion power battery cell;
It adopt the driving of AC servo motor which can be unwind by tension control system and the tension can be adjusted;
The unwinding and winding also be with the rectify error installation;
It is attached with cleaning & recovery installation for the electrode;
The electrode can be rectified error automatically, straight-line guidance, position fixed before be sent to the collet, so that it can guarantee the quality of winding;
It can be adjusted for anode input first or cathode input first;
It adopts the method of separator outer packing;
Detection device monitors the work of operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality;
PLC controlled system to show the performance by touching the screen. It is easy to setup and to operate;
It feeds the finished products automatically and it be with a reasonable structure.
