Baihui Technology (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and located in Shenzhen where near Hongkong, which is a private enterprise specializing in research and development, production, as well as sales of metal substrate PCB related products. The main products cover: multimayer boards, high frequency board, and special substrate PCB such as aluminium base PCB (COB), copper substrate PCB (Thermoelectric separation), ceramic substrate PCB. All products are certified by SGS environmental protection, and the factory has passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification. The company adopts modern management and sets up Quality Control Department which executes the quality system of TS16949, and the production process meet perfectly the standards provided in ISO14000 International Environmental Certification. The quality of the products meet the national standard (GB4588.2/GB4588.4) and IPC-A-600H standards, and rank a leading field in the domestic same industry. Our products are widely applied in telecom, power electronics, medical instrument, green environmental protection LED lighting with high power and so on. At present the company''s business has spread to over 20 cities and provinces of China, and the products also export Hongkong, Japan, South Korea and some countries and areas in Europe and America.
The company has an experienced, high-quality professional and technical team. There are 180 workers in-service, and 40 of them have the college certificate or higher level certificate including 30 staff for the technology and management. The production capacity reaches over 200 m2 per day. With strong technical research and development efforts, Baihui does not only have the production capacity of LED package substrate, ceramic substrate, high-power LED aluminum base plate and so on, but also provides comprehensive technical support for heat conduction / dissipation scheme and light efficiency problem in the high power LED packaging, and even puts forward the reasonable thermal solutions to meet customer demands.
