ConferLink can let you to have conference meeting anytime with anyone you wish without boundary. Chairman may just call out to invite any conference participant to start a conference meeting and get sales reports during the teleconferencing.

ConferLink is compatible with regular telephone line current use, PBX, internet, or any cost-saving system. If you have many enterprises in different locations, ConferLink will help you connect everybody without any extra costs. Conference may start up at same time by participants dialed in all together or single person dial out and find others to dial in, participants may use regular telephone or mobile phone to join into conference meeting. ConferLink also can be combined with MSN Messenger for file transfer online, thus your meeting has documents, participants, and sound, just like an actual conference meeting.

"ConferLink" teleconferencing equipment connects via the regular telephone system or private digital network, and is compatible with all long-distance cost-saving device. Providing a cost-effective bridge for conferencing with individuals and/or boardrooms without additional communication costs.

Conferences are setup via

1) Every participants dialing into the conference using telephone handsets or cellular phones.

2) Conference administrator dialing to the desired parties and add them into the conference.

2.Directly link to POTS or PABX extension lines, Plug-and-Play functions.

3.Participants can join the conference simply by dialing into the conference at Specified date and time.

4.Conference administrator may calls the participants one-by-one to summon them into the conference.

5.Able to dial into the system from anywhere 24 hours a day, thus utilizing full potential of the company's cost-saving devices (LCR or VOIP). Frequent Travelers may dial into the system and summon a conference with coworkers for discussions and updates.

6.Different Security levels setting for Conference Administrators, participants and Supervisors to change system parameters.

7.During the conference, conference administrator may lock the conference to block any new participants.

8.Audio Output available on the ConferLink, allowing recording of conferences by connecting to a recording device.

6.International Sales Officials may dial into the ConferLink from their homes and utilize company cost-reducing devices to have meetings with overseas clients. Thus eliminating the Time differentials and Phone Bill disputes.
