The high closing force of the mould-holder is realized with hydraulic cylinders that, automatically compensate the different moulds' height. The closing of the moulds is assured in every thermal condition.
5. The m/c has the features of stable performance, low trouble rate, colorful user interface operating system, intelligent control and manual control with variable parameters.
6. Comparing with imported m/c and injection molding m/c, the m/c has obvious advantageous with 20% less material consumption.
7. Each workstation can process independently, so that the m/c can produce different-formula and different-color products on one m/c at the same time.
