Hzzsteel supplies shipbuilding steel plates many years. ABS Grade A (AB/A), GL Grade A (GL-A), LR Grade A (LR/A), BV Grade A (BV/A), NV Grade A (NVA), RINA Grade A (RI/A), KR Grade A (RA), NK Grade A (KA), CCS Grade A (CCS/A) are available for our mill.

1. Products Application Domains: To fabricate hull, maritime oil extraction drilling platform, platform tube junction and other structural components of ship.

2. Material: ABS Grade A (AB/A), GL Grade A (GL-A), LR Grade A (LR/A), BV Grade A (BV/A), NV Grade A (NVA), RINA Grade A (RI/A), KR Grade A (RA), NK Grade A (KA), CCS Grade A (CCS/A).

3. Delivery condition: AR, CR(controlled rolling), T(Tempering), N(normalizing), TMCP(thermal mechanical control processing), A(annealing), Q(quenched), Q+T(quenched and tempered), N+T(normalizing and tempered), etc.

4. Charpy V-Notch Impact Test Temperature: 20.

5. Mechanical property: Tensile Strength min 400-520Mpa, Yield Point min 235Mpa, Elongation min 22%.

6. Technical conditions: Cutting, welding, Z15, Z25, Z35, blasting and shop primer, painting flaw-detection grade1, flaw-detection grade2, fine grain Al, killed, fine grain Al+Nb+V+Ti, fine grain Al+Nb+V, fine grain Al+Nb+Ti.

7. Tests: Tensile test, impact test, UT (Ultrasonic Testing), the third party test (such as SGS Test) and other tests are also available as customers' requirements.

8. The specification: T 6--350 mm, W 1200--4050mm, L 5000--18000 mm.
