Introduction:RA-OS100is a 100% natural antioxidant from rosemary leaf by supercritical carbon dioxide at low temperature, having a characteristic odor and taste of rosemary, with only vegetable oil as carrier. As a natural antioxidant, its most outstanding advantage is that it can dissolve rapidly and completely, and stabilize in various vegetable oils and animal lipids such as soybean oil, peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, fish oil and so on.

MainFeatures:
(1) Excellent Solubility: 100% soluble in any plant oils and animal lipids even at low temperature.
(2) Good Safety: No microbes, no heavy metals and any other harmful or toxic chemicals in this present product. It could meet with the requests of FDA and Food Hygiene and Safety Standards from all over the world.
(3) Good Physical Stability: Uniform, very stable, no deposition at any temperature even stored for a long time.
(4) Good Antioxidation: Better than most synthetic and natural antioxidants such as BHT, BHA, VE, VC and so on, which benefits from the high content of active components and good solubility.
(5) Convenience to Use: Very convenience, only short-time shaking or mixing is needed when used.
(6) Light Fragrance: Only light characteristic odor of rosemary, no influence on the final products in odor.
(7) Strong Heat Resistance: Stable even at the temperature higher than 200 degrees centigrade.
(8) Outstanding Healthy Function: Containing many kinds of active components for health such as carnosic acid, rosmarinic acid, chlorogenie acid, ferrulic acid, ursolic acid, carnosol, rosmanol, epirosemary, apigenin and so on.

Applications: As antioxidant, it is well used in various plant oils, animal lipids, meat and chicken goods, fish and sea foods, baked foods, flavorings, man-made butter, noodles, soups, and so on, to prolong their shelf life. And it can be used also as health supplements, and cosmetics ingredients.

Dosage: 0.02~0.10% as antioxidant, 10~100% as health foods.

Packing and Storage: N. W. 5kgs, 10kgs, 25kgs, packed with HDPE container filled with nitrogen gas. Stored in closed container at the temperature lower than 25 degrees centigrade. It should be used over within 3 months when the container is opened.

Shelf Life: 36 months if sealed and stored under the recommended conditions.

Using Instructions: When used, Herbs RA-OS100can be added directly into the liquid products, or be sprayed, immersed, rolled or injected into the powder products after diluted with some oil or soluble in ethanol. If the temperature is too low, preheating the antioxidant or/and the products to 30~70 degrees centigrade is necessary.

Safety: Very safe. It is GRAS safe when used in foods in USA, and also is thought as safe a safe antioxidant as one of food additives in Europe and China.

GMO State: GMO free.

Notices:
(1) Ensure to mixture well with the product when it is used.
(2) The effect will be better when used in acidic condition or together with Vc and citric acid and so on.
(3) The effect will be not good when used in the products with pH value higher than 8.5.
(4) It should not be contacted with iron, copper and other metals at room temperature, prohibited to contact with metals at high temperature.
