Product Detail

Zinc Oxide: White powder, innocuous, odorless, stable under normal temperature. Soluble in acid, alkali and ammonium chloride solution, insoluble in water and alcohol.
Applications Rubber Industry, Paints Industry, Ceramics Industry, floortile, glass, feed additive, etc

White hexagonal crystal system crystalline or powder; odorless, nontoxic, and fine and smooth. Relative density is 5.606, refractive index 2.008-2.029, melting point 1975. Soluble in acid, sodium hydroxide and ammonium chloride; insoluble in water, ethanol and ammonia; and it is amphoteric oxide. It can absorb carbon trioxide and water in the air to produce zinc carbonate in yellow color. While heated, it becomes yellow and resumes white after cooling down. It is ultraviolet radiation resistant, and will not become black meeting with sulfureted hydrogen
