. BY type tension leveler is finishing equipment for galvanizing line, tinning line, aluminum line, color coating line, level and recoil line, it formed by: leveler body, bridle rolls at entrance and exit, power transmission system, roll change car, hydraulic system, electrical control system.
. BY type tension leveler is suitable for leveling common carbon steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals. Its highest working speed can reach up to 450m/min. the strip specification can be: width: 550-1630mm, thickness: 0.1-4mm.
. There are six types of BY tension levelers, three types are strip entry into the leveler from right side, and other three types are strip entry into the leveler from left side. The structure of them are one bending and one leveling, two bending and one leveling, two bending and two leveling
. There are about 130 sets tension levelers produced by BOYA service for domestic market and abroad market, like: Hengshui Strip Rolling Co., Ltd, jianyin Comat Metal Products Co.,Ltd and etc.
. The descaler manufactured by BOYA have export to abroad market, and 1450 type descaler will be service for China Baosteel.
