Gojiberry is a deciduous shrub Solanaceae ripe fruit, it is medicinal as well as edible. Gojiberry is bright red berry and its taste is sweet, the shape and size of dried gojiberry is similar with that of raisin. Modern medicine studies have showed that gojiberry could regulate immunity, increase hematopoietic ability and protect angiocarpy. It has the pharmacological function to inhibit tumor's growth and cell mutation, to reduce aminotransferase, as well as to promote the regeneration and repairing of diseased liver. The gojiberry also has antioxidative power and the effect to eliminate the free radicals, to whiten skin and improve beauty, to anti-age, to protect eyesight, as well as to nourish and adjust Yin and Yang and so on.
