Product Detail

The main function of Four Heads Full Auto Smart Card Milling Machine is to milling cavities preparing for multiple chips embedding procedure. With the high precision milling, the whole milling process keeps accurate and efficient; the vacuum cleaning function ensure the clean environment during the whole milling process; the integration of depth detection function and the specialized fixture design make sure the high precision of milling process regardless of the card thickness influence.

1. Including four standard module milling programs fitting to different requirements with parameters modification conveniently.


2. X and Y four separated milling stations can mill different profiles at the same time, or individually. It settles the difficult problem of adjusting the center place on two stations while milling. 


3. Z-Axis moving is realized through guide and ball screw driven by high precision servo motor, to provide the accurate milling depth. 


4. Personalized software design. Easy operation.


5. Cards are transferred through belt driven by servomotor, which is more safety and stability. 


6. Depth detection device ensures the eligible rate during milling by rejecting faulty cards.


7. Special feeding design avoids unloading double cards caused by static electricity.


8. With QA sampling function.


9. Mill when card presence, but don`t mill when card no presence.


10. Twice vacuum cleaning function with card fixed function.
