Product Detail

Two Sheets Material Module Mounting Machine adopts vibrating plate for automatic material feeding, the detection of which could recognize the right side of smart cards, while users could select the obverse side mounting or reverse side mounting mode. As for gule process, gluing or rubberizing modes could be selected. The flexible operation method and high compatibility makes it popular for smart cards companies or manufacturers.

    1. It is suitable for mounting bulk COB or cutted strip chips. Control by the digital vibration feeder.


    2. High efficiency with two working tables.


    3. Fiber sensor detect good or bad chip, if it`s bad chip, it will be rejected automatically.


    4. Stable feeding with high precision vibrator and PLC.


    5. It can mount chips on two sides of sheet through operating HMI.


    6. It can be used for taping type or gluing type, which can be selected by the HMI.


    7. The direction of COB or IC can rotate 45/90 degrees.


    8. Two working tables can running at the same time. Or only single working table running.


    9. It suit for different layouts, and can produce two different layouts at the same time. (Such as: one layout is 3*8, the other layout is 5*5)


    10. It`s easy to load plastic sheet and easy to adjust.  


    11. Unique module correction design ensure accurate location.


    12. Servo motor controls the location.  


    13. PC control and alarm system.
