Contactless Smart Card Antenna and Chip Bonding Machine is used for handling smart card, Inlay, RFID, transporting card, and so on. At the same time, it is used to weld antenna and module on material like PVC. It can be installed 8 welding heads at most, and 8 welding heads can work at the same time.


This model of chip bonding machine does not need the air consumption while it can load plastic sheet easily.


Welding heads can be adjusted easily in X, Y and Z directions.

Contactless Smart Card Antenna and Chip Bonding Machine adopts high speed servo system and stable high frequency inverter resistance welding machine, integrates high precision, stability and high speed. At the same time, it is used to weld antenna and module on material like PVC. It is applicable to various chips material and cards material, such as PVC, PC, Teslin, ABS and paper etc.


 


Main function:


1. It weld module into plastic sheet, and connect it to antenna. 


2. Use double pulse current inverter welding machine to weld.


3. The welding inverter can be adjusted according production process.


4. Servo motor controls the bonding location.


5. There are several programs for different sizes of sheets.


6. Welding heads can be adjusted at X, Y, Z direction.


7. Air Supply is not needed.
