6 Stations Full Auto SIM Card Punching Machine can produce standard single chip, dual chips, 2FF, 3FF, 4FF SIM cards, by changing molds, it also can produce irregular card and four chips seamless cards. Stable punching molds and servo system with high precision make sure the punching quality and improve the working efficiency.


This model has six groups of punching molds, servo motor drives punching molds moves up and down to finish cards punching action. 


All punching molds could detect whether there is card or not. Punching molds will stop working if there is no card. Please do not put your hands into the punching area in case of injury.

1. This model of SIM card punching machine is suitable for single chip cards, dual chips cards and four chips (standard cards) cards punching process. Besides, it can select modes of punching indentation or cutting while is is half cards punching.


2. The X, Y direction of punching molds could be fine turning, to ensure the best punching quality with high precision.


3. Servo conveyor molds finish the punching action with low noise, stable working performance makes it reliable.


4. Servo motor drives punching heads automatically with high precision.


5. Cards overlap and position detection device, which could mostly extend the life length of punching molds.


6. Cards obverse side can be detected automatically, which guarantee the punching quality and percent of pass.


7. The special locating structure could realize the punching process of various irregular cards.


8. Servo conveyor belt drives cards to finish the punching process, which guarantee the safety and stability.


9. Cards collecting methods can be selected, which make collection of irregular cards are convenient and simple.


10. Punching molds are stable and easy to maintain, only need to be whetted every two million times punching.

Cards Feeding Group


Cards feeding group is mainly made of feeding device, vacuum suction and cylinder, etc. While it works, put cards into feeding box in order, after turning on power, vacuum suction will take one card to card slot of conveyor belt.


Cards Overlap Detection


Cards overlap detection is mainly made of overlap detecting sensor and hardware. If depth of any card which will be punched exceeds one card depth, the overlap detecting sensor can detect the abnormal depth, then machine will stop working and make alert until take the abnormal cards by manual and restart the machine.
