Smart Card Full Auto Seven SIM Card Punching Machine is used to punch SIM card with conformity to ISO standards. It is suitable for ISO SIM card, EcoSIM card and Quarter SIM card. By changing different molds, this model also can punch mini cards and irregular cards etc. Electrical eyes detecting system could be installed to detect the effect of punching. 


Every working station can be chosen working or closing independently. With the free punching choice, working mode alternates conveniently.


SIM or GSM Punching Machine has different functions for every single punching station, as for this model -- Smart Card Full Auto Seven SIM Card Punching Machine has seven stations can fulfill needs of 2FF/3FF/4FF SIM card punching or stamping, etc.

1.The SIM card punching machine can produce standard SIM card, non-standard card, mini card and irregularly shaped cards, just change the mold, 
2. Suit for punching ISO SIM card, EcoSIM card and Quarter SIM card.


3. X,Y direction of punching mold can be adjusted.


4. Controlled by servo motor, low noise and stable.


5. Double cards detection function.


6. Card detection function makes sure the correct card direction when transfer. 


7. Special location design can punch different cards with special shapes. 


8. Three different out feeding designs; cards can be collected automatically. 


9. Cards transferred through belt driven by servo motor ensure the safety and stability of the machine. 


10. Two output magazines transferring automatically. When one output magazine is full, it will transfer to other magazine.


11. Long life-time punch mold. It only need to be whetted every two million times punching.


12. Personalized software design. Machine can be empty automatically and sample cards freely.


13. Special feeding design avoids unloading double cards caused by static electricity.
