The Punched Steel Shutter Roll Forming Machine is used to product the shutter door slats . It included the decoiler , main roll forming part , PLC control system ,hydraulic system and output table . The roll forming machine could form the steel slats into different shape by the pressing of rollers . How the Rolling Shutter Door Equipment work ?


Step1 : We need to put the the steel slats on the decoiler by the crane or forklift . If you donot have crane or forklift , and want to put the coiler on the decoiler automatic and easily , we suggest you buy the hydraulic decolier . Step 2 : Pull the slats of the decoiler into the feeding part of the Roller Shutter Slat Roll Forming Machine .

Step 3 : Input the date on the touchscreen of the PLC . Then the rolling shutter door roll forming machine will work automaticly . The rollers will bite the steel slats . Then it will form the designed shape by pressing of these rollers .

Step 4 : The forming panel reach the setting length , the hydraulic blades will cut it directly and automaticlly .

Step 5 : we put the slats on the receiving table . And the receiving table will be free to send to clients .
