</p>
<p>
<strong>Dexamethasone </strong>is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid with anti inflammatory, anti- allergic and immuno-suppressive action. Myoglobinuria, allergic reactions, urticaria, toxinaemia, shock, stress and hepatitis. Local treatment of arthritis, bursitis, distortions, tendinitis, tendovaginitis and peri- arthritis.
