Crossresistance between tilmicosin and other macrolide antibiotics has been observed. </span><strong>Tilmicosin Injection</strong><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;line-height:21px;"> is excreted mainly via the bile into the faeces, with a small proportion being excreted via the urine.</span>
