The key inspection items before operation should meet the following requirements:

In order to lubricate the parts and raise the machine temperature for normal operation, the internal combustion engine should idle for 3-5 minutes after starting with impact ramming, then gradually increase the throttle until the rammer runs stably. 
Electric impact rammer should check the direction of motor rotation after power supply is switched on, and reverse the phase line if there is any error. 
In order to reduce the vibration to human body, the handgrip should not be too tight, and the advance speed of the tamping machine can be controlled. 
During normal operation, it is not necessary to press the handle vigorously and affect the height of the rammer. When working on loose stuffing or uphill, press the handle down slightly and increase the advance speed of the rammer. 
Where the density is increased, the rammer can be repeatedly tamped in place by hand. 
According to the operation requirements, the vibration frequency of the rammer should be changed within a certain range by adjusting the throttle size. 
Internal combustion ramming is not suitable for continuous operation at high speed. The internal combustion engine of ramming is air-cooled two-stroke high speed (4000r/min) gasoline engine. If the working time is too long at high speed, it will be damaged because of high temperature. Do not stop suddenly when the internal combustion engine runs at high speed. 
Electric impact rammer should be equipped with leakage protection device. Operators must wear insulated gloves and wear insulation shoes. During operation, the cable should not be pulled too tight, should always check the installation of the wire head, not loose and cause leakage. It is strictly prohibited to rain. 
During operation, the abnormal sound of impact rammer should be stopped immediately. 
When the short-distance transfer, the impact tamping handle should be lifted slightly upward, the transport wheel into the impact tamping hook, and then press down the handle, so that the center of gravity backward, can promote the transfer of the handle impact tamping. 

After operation, sediment and attachments on the tamping plate should be cleared, and the tamper should be kept clean and kept properly.
