Z44H, Z44Y type PN16~PN160 steel parallel type double gate plate gate valve: manual, flanged, parallel rod type rigid double gate plate, valve seat sealing surface material is surfacing stainless steel (Z44H), surfacing hard alloy ( Z44Y), nominal pressure PN16~PN160, valve body material is carbon steel (Z44H-16C~160C Z44Y-16C~160C), chrome molybdenum steel (Z44Y-16I~160I), stainless steel (Z44Y-16P~160P Z44Y-16R ~160R) gate valve.


Forged steel gate valves have three valve cap designs. The first type is a bolted valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form are connected to the valve body and the valve cover with bolts and nuts, and wound gaskets (made of 316 flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, they can also use metal rings. The second design is a welded bonnet. According to this design, the valve body is screwed to the valve cover and fully welded. When customers have special requirements, full penetration welding can also be used. The third type is a pressure self-tightening valve cover. According to this type of design, the valve body is screwed to the valve cover, and the internal pressure is sealed from the sealing ring. 
 
First, socket welding forged steel gate valve design structure, description 
 
  The socket welding forged steel gate valve is designed to reduce the diameter. Compared with the cast steel gate valve with the same caliber, the flow rate is slightly lower, but the pressure and temperature range to withstand is higher than the cast steel valve, and the sealing performance is much better than the cast steel gate valve. Longer life, the same medium flow direction as other gate valves.

1. Full or reduced diameter 
2. Light rod with bracket; 
3. Both ends of the self-aligning packing press sleeve; 
4. Bolted bonnets with threaded washers, threaded seal welded bonnets, or self-sealing bonnets 
5. The body is sealed; 
6. Socket Welding ANSI/ASME B16.11; 
7. Threaded end (NPT end) according to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.
