Usage: For use with tank cleaning couplings, ground joint couplings, interlocking type inserts and universal couplings. Interlocking couplings should be used for a securely locking coupling to hose.
Advantage:

2) They are most commonly used on ground joint females and male collared nipples.
3) Smaller sizes provide a safe and economical securing method for universal hose ends.
